Who is CLARA?
CLARA (The Connaught Lonsmount Area Ratepayers Association) is a neighbourhood residents association in Toronto. We define the borders of our neighbourhood as Cedarvale Ravine to the north and the east, Tichester Road as the southern limit east of Bathurst, Pinewood Avenue to the west, and Vaughan Road down to Maplewood as the southern limit west of Bathurst.
There are about 300 households in our neighbourhood.
